Teams are common today whether formed from private clubs, company work or sports teams they are now widespread throughout the United States. Some work teams such as the employee involvement program and scholastic teams that compete in various competitions are yielding great results.  Yet still, individuals that make up these various teams by in large have problems forming, functioning within and keeping them together.  

The purpose of this training is to increase your understanding of teams and the dynamics of group interaction for the purpose of enhancing team performance and productivity.  Let’s be realistic, all teams are groups but not all groups are teams, which do you now function in a group or a team?  Is their constant fighting within the group you are in, reducing productivity and efficiency?   Does your team have any direction or sense of purpose?  4 Thought Perspectives can assist you in forging stronger, efficient and more productive teams whether they are temporary or permanent with the following services:

GROUP DYNAMICS

For individuals to value being a team member, they must understand their roll, the growth process teams go through and what is expected of them.  Group Dynamics in team building teaches the importance of recognizing that different people approach life and work from different points of view, using different styles and strengths, and helps develop a “team” mindset that creates trust and openness as individuals brings their individuality together as a team.  There are two ways we assist in group dynamics:

TEAM-BUILDING (Experiential Learning workshops)

4 Thought Perspectives know that hands-on activity is at the heart of any learning experience and the success of exercise processing requires participants to be highly interactive with this type of learning method.  Teamwork depends on the successful integration of diverse skills, interests, and efforts; that is why we present team-building with a hands-on approach to aid in positively changing your team’s environment.
